Account deletion
Request deletion of your MedsAI account.
You can ask us to delete an account associated with MedsAI by emailing feedback@medsai.org.
What to include
Use the email address associated with the account and include the subject “MedsAI account deletion request.” We may ask for information to verify that the request is authorised.
What happens next
We will review the request, delete eligible account information, and confirm completion. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
